Francisco was professional from the day we contacted him. He was considerate to the circumstances behind COVID-19 and was accommodating to all our requests. He refinished our original hardwood floors that were on their last legs and in bad condition from the previous owner. They were covered in carpet glue, holes and numerous strips of hardwood were missing. Francisco replaced every missing piece and the floors look as good as new. We couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend Eco Woods Flooring to anyone that requires their floors refinishing - in fact, we already have!
