We were contemplating what to do with our basement since we moved in 3 years ago. We were thinking of just regrading the floor as it was and repouring which would only had given us just over 6 ft. clearance. We had a few companies over and then we met John from Maximum G.C. He was very honest and upfront about what we should do with our money being spent. He explained that if we were to do a major project like this, then spend that little bit extra and have a real basement that we can use as actual living space. We decided to go with the lowering by ways of benching around the foundation walls and taking it down a foot. Wow, are we ever glad we made the right decision. I'm 6'5 and very comfortable now walking around my basement.
All in all, John and his crew were all very pleasant and knew what they were doing at all times. Having a owner-operated company myself, I know how important that is to the client, and John proved that.
