I would recommend John and his team to anyone. Underpinning a house is somewhat stressful (especially when you see the holes under your house), but John promptly (and patiently) answered all of my questions. We interviewed a few contractors for this job, and John's pricing was very fair. MGC's work was great and we got along with all of his team so well, that we continue to use them for other jobs on the house. Our only regret was not getting them to do the "finishing" of our basement. I would rather have kept them on throughout, but we were committed to a different contractor for that portion. Besides hiring them for new jobs, we have had them fix some of the other contractor's "work" too. You can't go wrong hiring John and his team. Prompt, reliable, trustworthy, patient, fair.
