Had Paul and Joe from iconic reno work on our driveway, even though we had some misunderstanding in the beginning, Joe was kind enough to come and try to fix the issue.

Had Paul from (Iconic Reno) come over for a quote.. started off all good.. Signed contract on June 2 2016 and then no news for the next few days.. one morning Joe (Stamp Concrete) calls to say that he was gonna get the guys to come in and start work that day.. I was super excited to have it started.. the crew came right after, dug up the driveway and front of the house.. all good so far.
Then comes the tragic story.. no news from the company for the next few days.. got some rain after and the whole driveway was a big pool. Couldn't proceed until the it was all dried back. I had to keep calling them every day to find out.
One fine morning they come to do the pour. There is still a lot of confusion about the steps at this time.. lot and yelling between the crew and finally they did the pour and stamp. As per the contract at this stage i had 90% payment made.
When they came back to pressure wash and cleanup after a few days i noticed that the shades on the driveway was not exactly as i requested on the contract,( i had wanted a darker shade on the borders and the walk way) and also noticed a lots of small cracks on the driveway, i called Paul and he said he will come and check it out,.
Today is Aug 23 2016 and still have not see anyone come to take a look at the work, after every 10 text messages and missed calls Paul answers once only to say that he is still trying to schedule someone to do the job or blame it on the weather being too hot to finish the job.
The weather the next few days seems perfect, but he is still trying to schedule his people. i am not even sure if they actually plan to finish the job,
it is shameful to know that such a reputable company takes so little pride in there job and has no respect for customer concerns at all.
On August 20 2017 After multiple calls, recently when I contacted Joe, he said if I take down the review he will schedule an appoint to have the work done 100%.. even though I had my doubts, I agreed to take it down and had it removed for over a week.
I have been trying to contact him after that and he has not answered any calls or texts..
"Sorry Joe I had to put it back" i really hoped you would keep your promise..
