Meridian installed our Home Windows, 24 of them in June, 2015. The installation was not done properly and the crew members were not helpful.
They actually installed one of the Window which should have been re-order because the installer broke the Jam of the Window. After lot of arguments, they finally agreed to replaced the Jam of the window.
We had hardware issues on three windows and it took them more than three months to fix these issues.
They promised that there will be inspection done by their Quality Assurance Team to ensure that the installation was done properly, so far nothing has been done.
Still we have one outstanding Window Screen Issue and no help from Meridian either there Calgary Rep or Toronto Head Office.
These Windows are manufactured by WindowCity, and they are not any help.
In summary I would not recommend this Company.
Very disappointed with the Company's Response, instead of solving the problem they are looking for excuses to justify their actions.
Please think twice before hiring this company.

The installation was done properly by a crew with over 20years of experience. Yes the jamb of the window did have a crack in which we were happy to replace it. The issue was that you wanted to replace the whole window not the part that had to be. The installers went an extra mile for you in moving all of your furniture for free, when it was your responsibility as stipulated in contract. We had almost everyone visiting your house to take care of your concerns.
It is only by your unprofessional & biased opinion stating that the installation was not done properly.
Nobody can satisfy 100% of customers, especially if someone of them is biased from the very start seeking a ground to avoid to pay.
