Paco Construction

We hired Paco Construction to do some work on the outside of our house and weren't sure what to expect (we got the name from an outdoor sign in our neighbourhood). I was impressed by how quickly and courteously Pavle responded to my requests at every step of the process. He showed up the day he said they would (on time!) during both the quoting stage and when he was scheduled to start the job. The detailed written quote was greatly appreciated (as we recently had a terrible incident with a different subcontractor that resulted in so much stress / hassle due to "he said / she said" verbal disagreements). Pavle was very personable and I felt comfortable trusting him to complete the work while we weren't home. The project was completed exactly as specified and was ahead of schedule. Pavle called to arrange a day that I would be home to review the work with him, at which time he showed me everthing that was done and asked if I was satisfied with the quality of the work (which I certainly was!).
Paco Construction did a fantastic job, and just as important, lived up to what they promised. We have worked with many contractors over the past year and these guys are top of the list! I highly recommend.
