The drywall repair was lumpy which means they didn't sand the drywall compound down correctly. The paint job they did over the new drywall was poor as well.
I also had a stair railings repair "completed" with them. The actual repair was done correctly, but they didn't repair the holes where they put the new screws well at all. The putty the used to fill the holes wasn't flush with the banister. And the subsequent paint job was poorly done as well. When I called to complain all they said there was nothing they could do as it wasn't listed on the quote. Even though I emailed them the text conversation I had with the handyman confirming that he would patch and paint with no additional costs as long as I got the paint.
The said they would follow-up with the manager about it. Then I never heard back from them. Very disappointing service all around. DO NOT USE!!!!
