Last year June 2017 we had our windows and doors partially installed, with the agreement to replace defective patio doors in April 2018, since Landmark could not provide new doors and install them in the 6 months following the initial installation!! Originally our patio doors did not even lock, this was temporally resolved by moving one side of the door frame up, the door locked but the frame is twisted, out of shape. The 2nd issue with the door was damaged glass inside.
After number of calls this year, we found out that all 6 employees that we were dealing with last year have left the company and apparently now the whole process has to be restarted. 4 weeks ago Landmark technician, yet again, came to measure our patio door (for the 3rd time) and… we have not heard from Landmark since. Landmark is offering lifetime warranty but unable to finish the original installation! Such incompetence and ignorance.
