After several unsatisfactory "quotes" wherein I was expected to measure my own window, dig my own hole, get my own permit, my son found "HomeStars" for me; and I found Old West Windows. Rick came to my house, measured my window; explained permits to me, and arranged the digging, construction and installation of my new window. First class experience and I am a committed customer now.
