Jason exceeded expectations by returning to the property after his initial plumber technician had already completed the repair to attend to the tenants concerns. Jason ensured the tenants were happy with the final result, and we are happy that we have happy tenants! I'm not normally one to write reviews, but felt compelled after the service Jason provided. They came in and fixed a leak I had from my master bathroom. He came out the same day I called and offered a very reasonable rate for the repair. They asked for our vacuum and cleaned up very well after everything. They even took care to open the drywall carefully to make subsequent wall repair easier. Also, weeks later I needed to follow-up with him for a note to complete an insurance claim and he responded to me within hours of an email and had a description for me in less then 24hrs to send on to my insurance adjustor. I've had a few other contractors including other plumbers do some work for me and I think Jason and 'A better way plumbing' stand out as excellent both in workmanship and customer service. Pilot light problem. Jason came over same day. Diadnosed problem and repaired very quickly. Awesome service, very friendly. Would definitely recommend from any plumbing needs and will definitely use again.

Jason came over to install 2 Toto toilets in my bathrooms. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He didn't waste any time and cleaned up everything before leaving. Price paid was fair for the products and services I received.

We love the service and work from them, they charge much over than what they have said. They told us it will be cost around less than 200, but when the send invoice it was 262 and after i talk they give me only 10 dollar discount. they work took them less then 30 min.

We needed several things done in one go - new taps for both the kitchen and the bathroom, as well as a broken garburator removal and new plumbing and drain put in to replace it, and repair to the piping below the bathroom vanity which had decided to just come away from the ceramic sink bowl. A Better Way Plumbing was great to deal with - Kim was super fast and friendly in responding to my quote request, the pricing was competitive and the timing for a visit great. Jason was booked to come in - he was awesome - very friendly, courteous, super tidy and very knowledgeable, quick, answered any questions without annoyance, and had a great sense of humor. He even whistled as he worked instead of cursing under his breath (at both the job and client) which I have known too many plumbers to do...
As a commercial designer I deal with plumbers (among other trades on construction sites) a lot on an almost daily basis, so I can say for a fact that this firm is honest, has a great work ethic and is enjoyable to work with. One can see their priorities are client satisfaction and a job done right. I would recommend them to anyone, and feel happy to know I now have a good plumbing company on speed dial should I need them. I will certainly hire them for any future jobs (and you shouldn't look any further either!).

Found company on here. Requested a quote to fix leaking shower. Jason came out that day to give me estimate. Came the next day to do the work. Awesome guy, down to earth and honest. Will go with him again for future work.....and 2 of my best friends are plumbers. Just goes to show how satisfied I am.

The installation was very fast and of the highest quality. Jason cleaned up the entire area and was very friendly and didn't mind answering any of my questions that I had. I would recommend A Better Way Plumbing to any of my friends and family if they had a plumbing issue that needed solving.

A big thank you to Jason for helping our family out with a bathroom renovation. As I was returning home from the hospital with our newborn son, it was very necessary to have a funtioning bathroom!!! Jason did the plumbing to hook up a new vanity and removed and replaced the toilet. Jason was courteous, pleasant and professional. I accidentally put a hole in a copper pipe and Jason and his crew fixed it in no time flat. Courteous, tidy, on time and reasonable - is there more that one could ask for? Highly recommended!
