We were very satisfied and impressed with all stages of the process. Within one day of calling, Jason organized a roof inspection and provided clear responses to all queries. Eric inspected the roof, shared photos of damage and talked us the the repair process and related timetable. No pressure felt at anytime. Joe performed all the repair work involving shake and cap replacement. He worked long hours and completed everything in one day. There was a single invoice at the end of the job and the total cost was very reasonable. This is a busy, honest and hardworking family business employing seasoned, serious long term tradespeople.
