Internet coverage in our house has always been terrible. We started with Rogers. We had many service calls and discussions with level one and two technicians, but no joy. We switched to Bell. Again, WiFi coverage was awful. Bell technicians came out. The bottom line was that the internet service to the house was as advertised, but it was our problem to distribute it to the various floors. We tried extenders and we tried internet pods with limited no success. We hired an outside consultant, and although they improved things, we still did not have decent coverage in our attic office. This week, I contacted Max at System & Network Solutions. I described our issue to Max. He told me the hardware to buy, sending me links to Amazon. Tonight, he came to our home, and in 2.5 hours, he solved the problem no one else had been able to solve. Max was courteous, professional and punctual. He was a pleasure to work with, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
