Max was amazing. We have a three story home which was plagued with internet issues, poor access in certain rooms, slow to download and always crashing. Movies were always a problem to download in the basement and our Sonos sound system wouldn't run reliably. Max fixed everything in one morning visit. We have strong a wifi signal in every room. Everything runs fast and reliably.
