I win new $4,000 TV from competition. I had no network upstairs for TV and could not get to stay on the wireless network as very weak signal upstairs. Laptops work slowly upstairs or drop.
The technician brought two routers and another device and replaced my old router. TV works upstairs now. Laptops work all over the house and very fast and signal is strong. Was not sure about spending 300 dollars on hardware, but it was the right choice to make. Very happy with Max's service.
