Andy was a God sent. He walked me through the entire house and was very knowledgeable and detailed. Home inspections are usually boring and dull, but Andy makes it engaging and fun. He answered all my questions and was still available after the initial inspection to
answer my questions. Worth every penny for a professional of Andy’s caliber!
