Natanael and his team recently completed an entire build of a separate basement apartment in our small Toronto semi. This was a very good experience for us. His work is on time and (mostly)on budget, but the real bonus is that Natanael has so much experience that every time he encounters a problem - not uncommon in these 100 year old homes- he is able to come up with several solutions.

In one example, there was a challenge with the workability of the drawings. Natanael's ideas made our final product so much better than it would have been originally! His team is polite and professional, and every day they cleaned the worksite thoroughly.

The attention to detail is very good. It is obvious this team takes great pride in their work.

If I ever have more renovations to do in our house, I will call Natanael first.

Natanael and his professional, personable crew did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our 100+ year home, adding an addition to the back of the house for a new bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, finishing the attic, replacing the front porch, adding a back deck, replacing most of the interior walls, as well as replacing all of our floors, windows and exterior doors. They are an incredibly hardworking team and committed to getting the work done on time and on budget.

Before starting work, Natanael provided us a detailed outline of work to be done, a cost break down and a payment timeline. We always knew what to expect which was especially helpful as we were living in the house for a large part of the renovation.

Natanael was always available by phone, text or email for any questions and provided us with great ideas such as making our old window openings into built in bookshelves. He was also extremely flexible, accommodating our many changes along the way (thank you!!). Nataneal and his team take great pride in what they do - their quality work speaks for itself.

My home is around 80 years old. We hired P&P to redo our second floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms upstairs. This included: remediating knob and tube wiring (entire home), spray foam insulation where possible, solve plumbing issues which involved replacing an old stack, 2 new washrooms included heated floors, moving walls (non-structural), creating walls, widening doors, exposing brick, painting, tile work, installing shiplap, built-in drawers for walk in closet, new flooring, doors and trim, plaster work etc. The full works. The result is stunning and pays homage to my older home.

Natanael and his team were A M A Z I N G to work with. They respected my ideas and added value to them. So hardworking, efficient, polite, and organized. Excellent communication and transparency. Work was done on time, and on budget. From Day 1, they were busy and never wasted a day. Well-coordinated among all his trades. It was never a "no, can't do", but always a genius (and beautiful) solution. Quality materials used paired with the perfect finishing.

What really makes P & P great is that we had a few issues with construction. Never once did Natanael give us a hard time. All issues were handled 100%.

Natanael and his crew did our whole home reno about 8 years ago. Since then he has been our go-to for all home reno projects. He recently replaced a sink vanity in our bathroom. As usual, Natanael went above and beyond repairing and painting drywall blemishes and replacing baseboards where needed to meet his exacting standards. Everything was done quickly, professionally and spot-on the estimate he provided.

My wife and I decided to hire P & P to renovate our entire basement. We thought that we might as well go all the way by finishing the crawl space, laundry room and cold room at the same time. Natanael and his team worked hard everyday. They showed up on time, cleaned up after every shift and finished a beautiful basement for our family to enjoy. Here are a few reasons why I choose P & P to renovation our basement. I met with the owner to discuss the project (Natanael). He provided a very detailed quote that was sent by email. P & P removed all the old insulation and installed brand new insulation from wall to wall. One company was only going to insulate the bottom half of the basement and leave the existing insulation. P & P didn't rush through the project and took as much time needed to complete the project. I wasn't a fan of companies claiming that they could finish my basement in two weeks. It's not about finishing the project fast, it's about the quality. I liked the idea that P & P uses vinyl flooring instead of laminate. And lastly, Natanael and his team were kind, respectful, considerate, polite and professional. They all were wonderful to deal with and we will forever appreciate their time and service. They have given us a basement that our growing family will enjoy for many years. Natanael, thank you for sharing your talent and giving us a basement that will create many good memories. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals, and Nat really does great work. It's always scary trusting your home with people you don't know, that's why I felt at ease with P&P as Nat came in with his insurance paperwork, a list full of past clients as references and a detailed breakdown of the quote.

He worked with the city inspectors to legalize my basement and bring it all to code. Everything worked out just as he said it would, and now I have passed all the inspections.

There was no garbage to clean up, they showed up early each day to start work, and they were easy to communicate with. Photos wouldn't do justice for the work, as the basement needs painting, professional cleaning and possibly staging (for renting) - all things outside the scope of work I contracted.

Nathaneal did a great job in installing wood-look porcelain tile in my sunroom. He was efficient but payed great attention to detail in ensuring that the tiles were laid and leveled properly. He was open to my input and kept me informed on how the project was progressing.
It was a pleasure dealing with a contractor that respected the customers time by arriving on time each day. When the job was done, the premises were left clean and all debris was removed.
