Basement Legalization - Second Unit
It was a pleasure to work with such professionals, and Nat really does great work. It's always scary trusting your home with people you don't know, that's why I felt at ease with P&P as Nat came in with his insurance paperwork, a list full of past clients as references and a detailed breakdown of the quote.
He worked with the city inspectors to legalize my basement and bring it all to code. Everything worked out just as he said it would, and now I have passed all the inspections.
There was no garbage to clean up, they showed up early each day to start work, and they were easy to communicate with. Photos wouldn't do justice for the work, as the basement needs painting, professional cleaning and possibly staging (for renting) - all things outside the scope of work I contracted.
