The Duct Cleaning Specialists

I called the Duct Cleaning Specialists to have my ducts cleaned, and they responded promptly and professionally. About 1 week later, Steve showed up (right on time) and started by assessing the extent to which cleaning was necessary. The good news was that I only needed my return (but not supply) ducts cleaned. Steve was a considerate and friendly professional, explaining what he was doing throughout the entire cleaning process. I’m very pleased with the result as I have noticed significantly less dust in my house since. Thanks!

I recently did major renovations which included demolishing and installing walls , floors , cabinets etc so I figured I would definitely require duct cleaning. Steve came out and before he even started, he said that renos doesn't necessarily require duct cleaning. He put his camera into the ducts and sure enough everything was clean. He said all that was required was vacuuming the ducts right where the registries were which he did for me. I also needed a new filter in my central humidifier as it was disgustlingly old and crusty (I just bought the house!) . Steve told me I could purchase the same one at Home Depot as it was the same as what he had but I didn't want to make a trip especially since his price was very good. The house also came with a Hepa filter and an electrionic air purifier, all of which I had no idea what they were uintil Steve explained to me what each box did. Overall, I am very satisfied with Steve and The Duct Cleaning Specialist because he was extremely honest. It's like finding an honest mechanic.....piece of mind is worth every penny.

This is probably the best service I have received since I have owned a home. While I was doing my research, the guy that gave me the information provided all the details about the service and even provided advice on what to look for in a company even if I did not hire them!!
The guys that came to do the service where not only very professional and knowledgable, but made sure that was engaged throughout the whole process. They also went over and above by showing me how to ensure the proper maintenance around filters and humidifiers.

Finally, this company is also involved with their community and were participating in a food bank drive and asking their customers to participate...

By the way.. did I mention that I got a TH gift card as a "christmas present" for using their service? .. And it is the first time I was using them.

My wife and I suffer from horrible allergies, and in addition to a Sharp air purifier in every room we decided it was time to get the ducts cleaned in our older home. Paul was very friendly and efficient, the price was excellent and the service even better. Very happy with the end result. No more waking up with a stuffy nose.

My husband and I recently bought a home and had the carpets replaced. Our carpet installer advised us to get our ducts cleaned afterwards since they would be creating dust when scraping up the underpadding. Steve came to our home with the intention of cleaning the ducts, but after doing an inspection, advised us that they didn't need to be cleaned after all. Like many other stories on Homestars, he actually advised me that I needed a smaller job than I originally intended. Since Steve was already at my home, he ended up vacuuming some of my return air vents, but I don't even think that was needed. I've already recommended them to a friend. I think these guys are really in the business for the long run since they put customer service first.

We had inquired about duct cleaning for our home (built in 2009), due to my daughter's allergies. When Paul came by, he was honest to say we don’t require any duct cleaning as the unit is clean. He did precede to clean out each vent, and did not want to take any payment for it. We did pay him a small amount. It’s a pleasure to meet someone who is honest!

These guys did a great job and I am going to recommend them to my friends. They were friendly and honest and just did a great job. They didn't try to force me to opt for any extra services that I didn't need. They very clearly explained what I needed, why I needed and what they were going to do.

Paul is easy to talk to and straight forward. I wanted my duct cleaned but to my surprise, Paul performed the inspection and told me it was fine and didn't need a full clean. He and his partner still spent over an hour to vacuum all the vents and sprayed disinfectant and found garbage that was left from the builder probably.
I will definitely be contacting him in 2-3 year for the full duct cleaning.
The hard part is getting hold of him since he's so busy, but that's what happens when you are professional, and go above and beyond for your clients.

Professional, courteous, meticulous. Paul takes pride in his job and delivers above and beyond. Took care to clean the vents and the dryer thoroughly, and left the laundry room in immaculate condition. I recommend him highly.
