Paul, despite the shaky start due to me rescheduling the night before our appointment (thank you!), your two fellows have just left, and I would like to comment (positively) on what I saw.

They arrived on time and after a brief inspection of the house, got right to it. They cleaned inside the cold air returns, charging only an additional $5 for an extra vent! All access panels were removed and the whole system pressurized, swept and vaccumed and sanitized. Having had the ducts cleaned just a couple of years ago, your guys extraced about 2-3 pounds of old construction materials. Now, our house has never been reno'd so this was left behind! by the previous cleaning company!

Mat took the time to explain the whole process, and both fellows took off their shoes though I told them not to worry as there were no carpets where they were working.

Two and a half hours later, I have confidence that the job was finally done right, not by some uncertified contractor the the gas company would have sent for twice the price. A cleaning was recommended in 5 years, however, we will be calling before that!

I spoke with Paul regarding an initial cleaning of our new "old" house. Even though we were closing in 4 months he honoured the current special rate when I called. I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise in cleaning all areas of the duct work (cold air intakes and ducting). I would highly recommend Paul and his crew. Very easy to work with for my first experience with a vendor.

We had an issue with the heating in our rental property. The heat was okay on the main level of the house, but wasn't making it up to the upper levels of the house.

We called the Duct Cleaning Specialists and were able to book an appointment about a week later. Our service person arrived on time, was very personable, and helped us inspect our ducts with his camera, and cleaned and checked our ducks.

The work was completed quickly and properly and very professionally. We have already recommended the Duct Cleaning Specialists to our friends and will continue to.

Outstanding job and attitude. My ducts were full of sand, plaster and debris from the previous owners renovation and there was no complaint. Professional approach to tell me why they were carting out bags full of waste... arrived on time, stayed extra 1.5 hours without charging more. Nothing but good things to say.

As noted in other reviews, service was very professional, thorough and on time. Technicians explained what would be done and the cost involved, which was very reasonable. A pleasure to do business with.

These guys were referred to me by my designer who recently used their services. Managed to book a time within a couple days. Arrived on time (even a bit early), thorough run down of what needed to be done, and after inspecting my ducts, said it only required the basic clean, which was cheaper! I was surprised because I recently did major renos to my entire house. Cleaning was done in about 2 hours, overall very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to my friends and will be using them again next time I need duct cleaning done. Thanks!!

Steve did excellent job cleaning the ducts. When he came he inspected the ducts and explained to me every step in a process of cleaning. He did the job nice and professionally. I would recommend this company to do duct cleaning to everybody.

Steve arrived on time with his partner; he recommended the basic duct cleaning as our ducts were not too dirty; he explained in detail what he was doing and why; the price was very competitive; Paul arrived later the same day to replace my humidifier filter. Over-all a very professionally and client oriented business.

Steve did a great job of evaluating and advising on the cleaning job that we needed. Just the basic since it was not too dirty.

He made sure to protect our new furnace filter so that while he was cleaning it was not affected.

I wanted to echo the sentiments throughout these reviews. Paul and Matt came out to my house today to inspect and clean the ducts. I had major renovations last year, and felt it would be good to have peace of mind and clean the ducts, as my wife and son are sensitive to dust. The first thing Paul did was to offer information about his company, the NADCA certification, and to validate all his licenses/certifications. In a shady business like duct cleaning, this was a welcome gesture and I didn't even bother to read the information he was providing. Just offering it to me was enough to convince me.

Paul inspected the ducts and informed me that they were quite clean. He explained his findings and showed me as well, so that I could see for myself. He does honest work and charges a fair price. I believe he cleaned my dryer when he didn't have to.

I also had some help from Paul to chase away a fraudulent duct cleaning company that called the night before and tried to pose as The Duct Cleaning Specialists and arrange to come to my house a couple of hours before Paul was to come by. Very bizarre turn of events, ... I appreciated Paul's support in dealing with those fraudsters.
