Paul from The Duct Cleaning specialists and his assistant were fantastic. Paul displayed extreme professionalism and took the time to go through the process and explain what he was doing. He went above and beyond when he advised me on how to keep humidifier and return air filters working properly. Halfway through the job he showed me what he deemed to be not as bad ducts and made the decision not to charge me the full amount since the job wasn’t as difficult as he thought. Most others would not take the time let alone reduce the cost because the job was more of a service call than a complete job. I will be recommending Paul and his company to friends. I'd just like to say how honest I found this company. They ensured I didn't waste money on an unnecessary service. I would recommend using them instead of companies that will just let you pay for a service you don't really need.

We've been dealing with Paul and his company for the past few years and he's always provided us with honest and professional service.

We've had him in twice to clean our ducts but each time he has said they aren't needed. He was in last to service our hepa filter.

We had our ducts cleaned at the recommendation of our home inspector. The duct cleaning specialists were very professional and the price was reasonable for the work involved. This is not a guy with a shop vac, I had no idea the heavy equipment involved!

They even identified some deficiencies with my HVAC, we were actually missing a vent in our upstairs bathroom! If you just bought a recently renovated home, I highly recommend you get your ducts cleaned!
