I suspected I had mould issues in my home and called Tony to come and do an inspection. He was very responsive in answering my calls and questions. When Tony arrived he had all the latest equiptment and did a thorough inspection including inside and outside air samples. He was very knowlegable and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. Being a first time home buyer, I came across Tony Muscat's Inch by Inch home inspection via reviews read on Home Stars. I was happy with the reviews being positive from everyone in last 2 years. So when I initially called him, he explained to me in details about what he will be offering w.r.t home inspection. On the day of inspection, Tony was dot on time. He reiterated the whole process to us and explained every point he was inspecting. he even put in his 2 cents of advice at points he felt. The inspection lasted or about 3 hrs as he had mentioned. In the end, it was a wonderful experience and learn about the house as well. He even gave us home maintenance booklet. inspect a house we were interested in. He was very punctual and had a very fair price. During the course of the inspection Tony pointed out several hidden issues which weren't readily obvious.
