I contacted Inch by Inch and was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to attend my condo unit with very little notice and perform an inspection.
I met Tony on site and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the building envelope and all within it.
The inspection took approximately 1 hour. Inch by Inch checked everything from filters and air quality to mould detection and provided a detailed report.
The cost was very reasonable and we were completely satisfied with the inspection as was our real estate agent.
The professionalism that Tony provided was something I don't see much of these days
