We contacted Tony after a recent rain storm which flooded our tenanted basement apartment. He provided us the proper procedure and which equipment to use. We then hired Tony to inspect and report on the condition of the property. The inspection went well and passed saving us a great deal money and reassuring our tenant. Tony is excellent to work with. Explains things properly with sound and knowledgable advise. A true professional. Highly recommend him.
