Had some water damage in my dining room. Tony did a thorough inspection with moisture meter and thermal camera to detect source of the problem. Also conducted helpful air quality tests to ensure there was no mold in the air. Was always available to discuss results of the air samples. He took the time because he genuinely wanted to help us with our problem. Very pleased with his professional attitude and friendly demeanour. Happy to say that Inch By Inch made this difficult experience a lot easier to get through. I would highly recommend this company for water problems or just general inspection upon purchase of a new home.
