Tony was referred to us by our agent for the inspection work. It's our first house and we didn't know much before going in, but Tony was very thorough, detailed and patient with us. He had an extensive list of things to look for in a house. As we went through the list, he took time to answer all of our questions without rushing and made sure we understand them by showing pictures. Knowing that we didn't have much time before the close, he turned around a very detailed report (46 pgs) within a short time frame. I can tell that he takes pride in doing a good job. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely re-enlist his service the next time we need, as well as recommend him to anyone looking for a great inspector.
