COURTICE
Inch by Inch provided a very complete and involved inspection of a 15 year old house with the latest in technology and insights. Provided guidance and suggestions as appropriate. Has a complete view home ownership and all aspects from regular maintenance to more extreme problems that may occur. Was understanding of my concerns in regards to "issues" with the house and provide his thoughts and recommendations without trying to "convince" me in a particular direction.
