Last week we had all the windows including the patio door replaced by Ecoline.

Overall we were very pleased with the outcome. The windows actually look better than we anticipated. The installers were punctual and respectful. They did a good job to limit the spread of dust and debri. They cleaned up nicely in the front yard where they were prepping and cutting pieces over the two days and besides the new windows there was no evidence they had been there.

We were happy with our pricing and the quality of product and workmanship. I highly recommend this company if youre looking for new doors and windows. Ill also be using their affiliate company for new blinds and shutters throughout our house now.

Their windows are Energuide rated so I was able to receive the full Greener Homes Loan and Grant, which is fantastic!!

From start to finish Ecoline Windows was excellent. Carlosa met us in the evening to go over the types of windows we wanted and the options for each window. He explained everything so we could understand the benefits of each option. The installation was quick and after it was complete you'd never even know they were at the house. They laid down protection on the floor and everything was cleaned up after they were walking in and out of the house. 5 stars all around!

Both patio doors froze along the bottom, when it finally melted stained the carpet and frame. Turned out they weren't sealed.
Kitchen window is crooked, cut through the tile is jagged, finishing is shoddy and visibly an eyesore. See pics.
Lock on the patio door broke after just a few uses.
