Our project required a rebuild of the chimney from the roofline up, and tuckpointing of the existing chimney below the roofline. Wayne was excellent -- very professional, prompt, responsive, and always kept us in the loop of schedules and steps. The brickwork of the chimney looks fantastic! Wayne takes customer satisfaction very seriously -- in fact, in closing off the job, he came to site and personally took care of the additional tuckpointing that I wanted done. Although they aren't the cheapest, you certainly get quality for your dollar -- and with brickwork and foundation repair, these are areas that you should ensure get this level of quality. They are highly service oriented. They come out to quote within a short time frame and although they are not the cheapest, they do their work thoroughly and they are very professional. They stay true to their estimate which means they are accurate in how they they quote.

The problem I faced was damaged bricks on both sides of my front steps. The left side was the outer wall of my garage. The right side was a wall which functioned as railing for the steps. Front steps are one of the 1st things a visitor sees. I was not pleased with the apperance of my home, as well as I was concerned about its diminished resale value. I was not looking for a company to simply repair the damage. I was hoping to find a company that could provide me with a solution which was "better than new". I wanted my home to look better than it did the day I moved in over 20 years ago. Fortunately I connected with Wayne Haroutunian. He was prompt to respond, easy to work with and creative. He must have provide me with at least 6 quotes, necessary as the solution kept evolving.
The work commenced on the date promised and was completed as promised. The results exceeeded any expectations I had. Thanks to Wayne for all his efforts in coming up with the solution and Robert and Author for a really 1st rate job in implimenting the solution.

Wayne and his team were nothing but accommodating, patient and professional through the entire job. After the inspection of my new (old) home revealed that some brick work would need to be done, Wayne responded quickly to my request for a quote which came in under the other quotes I received. Wayne aligned - and then re-aligned - his schedule with mine (and the neighbours) to get the work done as quickly and unobtrusively as possible. The result? A job well done and a very happy customer! If only all contractors were like Wayne.

Wayne and his crew - headed by Neil - took exceptional care in matching the brick in our townhomes - which is now hard to find. The quality of the repairs were excellent - the work completed on time and within quote - but the thing we valued most was the fact that the repairs are seamless. Highly recommend this company.

Wayne and his staff were quick to respond with a quote and have also answered questions thoroughly and quickly by email (unusual in the field and something I much appreciated). They were detailed in their assessment and were forthcoming with references and photos of other jobs (the same request was ignored by other contractors I was in touch with). They did a fabulous job - I especially appreciated their attention to detail. They replaced bricks on our old home with ones that matched perfectly and the tuckpointing job also required various colour matching, which they did carefully. All of the staff have been exceptionally friendly, and finally, their price is competitive, if not cheaper than the competition. For the quality, cost and service, I would highly recommended them to anyone.
