Haroutunian Masonry

This is the second time that we've used Haroutunian Masonry Ltd in about 5 yrs. Each time we have been extremely satisfied - from the point of initial contact and giving us an estimate, to booking the job, doing the work and providing quality workmanship and clean up.

Haroutunian has done 2 jobs for me at my home. Both times they were on time, on budget, and left no trace they'd been other than the good work they left behind. Highly recommend.

Wayne and his Team had done some parging work for us in the past, so when our home needed some exterior brickwork repairs, I called Wayne again. What can I say? Fast, reliable, efficient, polite, fair price AND top-notch work. Should we ever need more masonry work done, my go-to is Wayne.

The side of my house had weather damage on the side of my brick wall. I e-mailed Haroutunian Masonry for an estimate for the repairs necessary. They returned my e-mail very promptly and went over in detail what I can expect from their services and the cost. They were able to book the repairs at my convenience which was much appreciated. The worker arrived on site and completed the repairs which I have been very happy with. I would highly recommend this company to any one of my friends or family members. Thanks again!

Wayne's company had done work for us before. They are very easy deal with and their price is decent. The workers were on time, very polite and did a great job. When I checked the work with them everything was cleaned up like nothing had happened, but nice new bricks on the chimney shoulder. Would definitely use them again and again! Wayne took the time to walk the property and build a comprehensive plan for us. He then walked it with us and carefully explained what he would do and why. The whole time he provided options that kept us in control of the final budget. We made our choices and he showed up a few days later as promised and did an impeccable job. This was our second job with Haroutunian Masonry as we had used them on our last property as well. We were happy with the work and would highly recommend them.

I have used Haroutunian Masonry 3 times now with good results. Wayne was able to send over a crew on short notice to remove some brick to enlarge a window. The job proved to be more difficult than anticipated (and a little more costly) but we were able to come to a positive outcome.

Wayne's crew spend two full days replacing an old window with brick (that matched the 1904 house) and tuckpointing the whole house. Completely professional, and clean. Left site as neat as they found it. Professional pride in work, would recommend if you need brickwork done.

I have used Wayne for some maintenance work on the house in prior years and found their work excellent. When it came time to deal with some crumbling brick on a 40 yr old chimney, I didn't think of anyone else. The crew was professional, did a great job and left absolutely 0 mess.
