Haroutunian Masonry

Wayne and his team managed the difficult project on my 3 story rental property downtown. With narrow access and multiple parties to manage they were quickly in and out. The repairs were excellent and the site was left clean and debris free.

Wayne's guys have come to my home a few times over the years. They have always done an excellent job. This summer was no exception - two fairly big jobs were done well, with a minimum of disruption and in good time.

Dairon and his crew did a great job restoring my brick century home. I use Haroutunian Masonry for all my structural and decorative brick work. (So does my neighbour.). They’re super easy to deal with and do what they say, when they say.

Wayne and his team did a fabulous job. They were knowledgable and efficient. They worked very hard to ensure that there was minimal disruption and did a full clean up at the end. The exterior of my 40 year old house looks like new! Thank you Wayne, Rodrigo and the crew.

This is the second time I have called Wayne Haroutunian.
His company did outside parging 4 years ago and just completed parging basement concrete block walls in my basement.
Wayne personally comes out to assess the work to be done, gave me a quote and for the next 2-3 days kept me constantly updated on scheduling etc. The job was completed a week after I called him by one of his crews, Alejandro and Sergio. They arrived and knew exactly what work had to be done and
Worked fast, efficiently and cleaned up the job site so well considering the dust generated. They made sure to inspect the job with me to make sure I was satisfied.
So to sum up, excellent communication and they do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend this company.

It was clear from the initial call that Haroutunian was a reliable and knowledgeable masonry company. Aside from the fact that they did a stellar job on the exterior of our home, Wayne and his team were extremely responsive, informative and patient, as we had to organize our brickwork with 3 other neighbours. They also helped us coordinate the work with the scaffolding company. Worth the money and highly recommend!

I had a lot of defective bricks in the exterior of my house, Wayne and the team corrected them all and the brickwork now looks as good as new. They were efficient, came when they said and easy to deal with. They also worked directly with the scaffolding company so I didn’t need to worry about that. I would recommend them to others

The guys from Haroutunian Masonry were very competent and did a fantastic job rebuilding our chimney, replacing damaged bricks, and parging around the exterior of our house. They were respectful, personable, and cleaned up thoroughly after they completed the work. We would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again for any future masonry work on our home.
