We were very happy with the service provided by Flavio. After finalizing our quote, he sent his installer, Serge to do the measurements. Serge was very professional and provided us great advice on the style of shutters we should use (in terms of splitting the window into two shutters versus one large shutter.
The installation was fast, but one small hiccup resulting him having to come back, but he did so promptly and around our schedule. Very accommodating!
We recommend going to Pro-Tech - they were price competitive and did a great job.
