I am an owner of a rental home. We had a furnace that wasn't working because the breaker kept tripping. Tyler worked with my tenants directly to organize access to the home. Once he was done, he phoned me to explain his diagnostic of the issue and his solution.

I think Tyler has excellent problem solving capabilities. He was methodical in how he approached the problem. He worked my my tenants to understand the maximum load on the circuit they were using and took measurements of what their maximum load would be. When the measurement suggested that the maximum load might not be the issue. He identified the next probable cause as a loose connection to the circuit breaker, which would have increased the resistance on that circuit... and the evidence for his conclusion was that there was some melted wire sheathing near the connection point.

Tyler is an excellent and clear communicator. He was fast and efficient in his diagnosis. I certainly will be using him for my future electrical needs.
