In the process of helping my mother downsize and list the big family home, Tony and Westwood Aluminum were a real godsend to fix the eyesore of the backyard upper bay window that had chipped paint all over the old wood beneath it. Despite my being satisfied with his appraisal from a digitally-sent photograph, he insisted on a quick site visit, not only to better ascertain the scope of work, but to be precise in exact colour matching, from his hundreds of samples, to the newly painted trim elsewhere. He quickly sent me a very reasonable quote, which I jumped at, and expressed concern that we had a time constraint- the photographer was coming in less than a week’s time. He then had his industrious installer come in less than 2 days, and completed the work in about 2 hours! We were thrilled with the result and got 2 offers the first day! Unlike most tradespeople I had to deal with during that time, who over promised and under delivered, Tony and Westwood Aluminum exceeded all expectations and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
