Spoke with Pierre regarding rebuilding our crumbling chimney. When he came over we discussed a solution for our front steps and broken concrete pad. Pierre had some good ideas for the steps and came back with a very reasonable price.
Joe and James knocked our chimney down and rebuilt it better than new in less than a day, returning the next to install flashing and do a final caulk.
Dwight and Aaron came the next day and did an OUTSTANDING job. They tore out and repoured the concrete pad, and clad the porch, steps, and new concrete pad in flagstone. They did what seemed like a week's work in under 3 days and they were unfailingly polite and professional.
We were really impressed with the whole A & A team, especially Dwight and Aaron, and we are very happy with the work done.

the next day it was done!! .. the worker did a fabulous job repairing three window wells and tuck pointing a garage wall .. and .. everything was cleaned up after .. spotless!!

I needed some mortar cracks repaired around my home and few bricks replaced. I called a large number of contractors and found Pierre at A&A Masonry to be the most thorough when providing an estimate. A&A was definitely not the cheapest provider but neither were they the most expensive. There was a fair amount of mortar repair to be done on my home and I wanted to be reasonably sure the job would be thorough and properly done so, I chose A&A based on my meeting with Pierre. I was put in touch with Andy who was very quick to schedule the job and one day later James and Joe arrived to begin work. Everyone at A&A were courteous, knowledgable and seemed to put my satisfaction above all else when completing the job. James and Joe were very professional and completed the work in two days. After completion, I noticed a couple of spots that needed further work. James came by early on a Sunday morning to finish the job to my satisfaction before accepting any payment.

I am very satisfied with the work that was completed and impressed with the crew's ability to match the mortar almost perfectly. In some spots I have to look very closely to see the difference. Although my main concern was keeping the water out it is great that the repairs are difficult to distinguish from the original mortar.

Although the cost of the job was more expensive than others were quoting I feel confident that A&A did a great job.

I will definitely recommend A&A in the future.

In the process of replacing the windows, in our 90 year old house, the installers noticed the window arch had collapsed. We called several masonry companies, A&A was the only company that returned my call. I told them our situation, they re diverted an estimator immediately. Brad was very polite and knowledgeable, he noticed that it was not just over the window but the hole wall from eight bricks down was collapsing outwards. He gave us a quote and rushed to find out the soonest time some one could come out. Once we accepted they had some one come out within a couple of days. they finished the replacing the bricks in one day, very impressed. After removing an addition at the back of my new house I discovered that there were several missing bricks, some holes in the wall, and several sections of loose bricks and a broken window sill. A&A came and provide a quote within 24 hours, and sent people to do the work faster than expected (within 2 days). The work was excellent, and in spite of running into problems and snags during the repair, the crew figured out solutions and left me with a wall that is in excellent shape. A & A offered me the most reasonable estimate of the three companies I contacted to rebuild my chimney and front porch. At the outset, Pierre was very helpful in suggesting options and once the project started I was very pleased with all aspects of the work and service: Corinne in the front office is so pleasant and helpful! Jerry, who did the actual job, was great. The crew actually repainted the porch after the first colour looked too "industrial".They did this at no extra cost nor bother to me.
