I hired A&A Masonry to demolish a walkout, waterproof and fill in. Masonry work was done to satisfaction, but cut stucco was left unfinished. The crew said someone else will be sent to finish the stucco; but David, the project manager said it wasn't included. When signing the contract, he mentioned that the stucco will need to be cut, but never mentioned that it will be left unfinished and will be my responsibility. Now I'm left with an unfinished stucco border which looks terrible.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you are satisfied with the masonry work. I recommend you find a good contractor through Homestars to fix up the stucco for you. That is not something we do. --Andy
