Brad from A & A was great - I called regarding having my chimney blocked, and he came out the following day to take a look and called me right away to discuss my options. His suggestion was a simple and cost effective one, despite the fact that the solution he was offering was not something A&A could do (too small and simple a job). I greatly appreciated his honesty, prompt reply, and good advice on how to prevent the loss of heat and energy from my home via my chimney, while still maintaining great resale value.
