An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to thank you for a great job on our brick work and foundation. We really
appreciated that you were able to get a team out to our home within 24 hours of the
estimate. Leo and his team did a thorough job and got everything on our list done in
a day - and well before winter set in.
Our experience from your receptionist to the follow-up call, estimate and job was
very positive. We'll be sure to recommend you for future jobs.
Sincerely,
Anita (Toronto)

Thanks Anita! Wow -- even I am impressed. It seems you called us November 14th and now on November 17th I'm reading your review. One of our targets
this year was to really speed up our service, and it looks like we made that target. I will pass this on to Leo who has been a great crew chief for me this year. --Andy
