The entire A&A team went above and beyond our expectations in helping resolve our problem of water intrusion through deteriorated mortar joints. The work came in on time and as quoted and we were kept informed on what was happening throughout the whole process. James and Joe arrived punctually both mornings and did an excellent job making our house dry again. They took great pride in their workmanship and we would not hesitate to have James and Joe do more work on our home. They even used some time waiting for the mortar to set up to remove the old hydro stack that was just hanging on the side of the house; completely unexpected but much appreciated.
