Please do not waste your money on this cleaning service. The cleaners came over 1 hour late. Once they arrived, they cleaned my tub without using water, mopped by using a cloth on a broom. They left smear marks on my countertop! They were a big waste of time and money. I had to clean up after them the next day! When, I gave the owner the feedback- they did not care. They said the cleaners spent time cleaning my blinds, moving my appliances, however this was not true. They didn't do any of this.

Nacris Enterprise is a reputable and professional cleaning service. We ran a promotion on a "mass purchase" site of "$39 for 3 cleaners for 1 hour". Unfortunatly, people are unrealistic as to what can be achieved within that time. We clearly advised that the maximum square footage is 1200 to 1500 for a complete home cleaning (bathrooms, floors, kitchen, dusting).
The above review is unfair as the author was refused service. We actually serviced her mother's home. The actual home owner was advised numerous times to have a priority list available for our crew as her home was well above the 1700 square foot maximum. Upon our arrival she began to give conflicting verbal instructions to each of the cleaners. This lead to interferance with each of the cleaners and quickly escalated to harrasment. Thus the reason her daughter, the author, was refused service.
