When Unique first took our dining room chairs, they promised to complete the work before Ester, 1 1/2 weeks later. We would have sent the chairs after Easter as we expected company for Easter. The chairs were still incomplete at Easter. we were then promised that they would be ready in a week, again this date passed. After repeated phone calls and missed dates, the dining room chairs refinishing was completed and the chairs were returned. After examination, it was discovered that the chairs were damaged by chips and major scratches. Overall, the experience with this company was not worth the money, time or broken promises.
