They did our roof in 2009. The sales guy's name is Ashley. The job was subcontracted to a group of non-professional workers who did the cramps jobs. The roof materials are sold for 30 years. But starting last year, shingle blown off even with light winds. The roof has to be replaced.
Stay away from this contractor

Had JN Roofing replace my roof in May of 2009. They gave me a certificate guaranteeing the roof for 25 years. After 4 years the shigles started to break apart and become brittle. With high winds the some of the shingles broke and flew away. Called JN Roofing and asked them to come a repair, and they refused.

When they replace our roof, they did not clean up after they finished. After 3 years, shingles fell off. On the invoice, they are supposed to give us 10 yr labor warantee. We called them, and they were not happy and helpful with our call. They promised to come over and take a look the next day. I asked when they will be here, and they replied they did not know. We waited for them the whole day, but no one showed up, no phone call, nothing. We called them back and complaint, and the gentleman we talked to originally asked up to call another person. To make the story short, poor workmanship and very poor service. Regret ask them to do the roofing for us. They price was in fact more expensive than many others we asked. Should go for other vendor. Cannot recommend this company to anyone.

We called JN Roofing for a leak from one of the vents and they convinced me to do a NEW roof because the roof was 10 years old.Big mistake.I should've fixed only the leak, because they came to strip the old shingles and they broke the brand new vinyl siding in a few places ,they did not appologize for that.They left the roof stripped and no vents , not coverred for one night.The next day they replaced the plywood with the vent that was leaking and they eliminated COMPLETELY our vent!!They finished the whole roof that day, didn't say anything about the elimination of that important vent that we need for our attic ventilation!They wanted more money when I told them about the damage of the vinyl.The next day 5 whole shingles were on the pavement from my NEW roof!They came and they put it back, the noise of the flapping shingles is unbearable,2 months later another 3 shingles down,there is lots of flapping again,I see another broken shingle in my backyard,I don't trust this guys!Poor workmanship!Even the plastics are not taken off after the instalation and the nails are done too high!!My roof was way better before!They shouldn't be in roofing business!We are stuck with the mess!!It is a matter of one windy day for the flapping pieces to come down!!Terrible!!

JN Roofing was recommended by a friend. We called them up and had them do our full roof. They initial work looks good but the attention to detail is terrible. They left roof vents on crooked and unsupported properly. There was pebbles from the shingles all over my vehicle and I specifically told them that the car was there and to let me know if it needed to be moved.

Also, when I went into my attic I noticed they had thrown all the scraps of shingles and the shingle bundle wrappers inside my attic. They had obviously thrown this in through the roof vents.

I am very disappointed that this happened as I was initially impressed but not so much anymore.

Terrible job! It was a nightmare! The roof looked better before the installation. Rude service department to deal with due to leaks through the walls. We ended up finding someone else to fix the problem they created! Business like this won't survive too long. Buyers beware!

I have had two flat roofs on two different properties completed by JN ROOFING during the past 3 months. In both cases the workmanship, attention to detail, cleanup, and organization were thoroughly professional. The second property is a complex case over a wrap around porch, with a hexagonal roof and odd slope lines. Some of the metal flashing did not fully adhere, and water was pooling. To rectify the situation properly JN ROOFING removed the entire roof and replaced it at no extra charge. I could not be happier with the end result. They could easily have walked away (I had already paid), but they stood behind their work. I’d hire them again any day.
