I had Jesse come and add gas lines for my BBQ and new stove. He was very detailed in describing exactly how he would do the work with as little impact as possible to my home. He managed to be able to only cut 1 hole in my finished basement ceiling, which he covered so there is no additional work for me to fix. His work was tidy and he even checked my old BBQ for leaks for my safety. He installed my stove and told me everything I needed to know about it. I think this company was exactly what I expected - professional and honest!

Within 24 hours of calling Protech Plumbing, I had a technician at my home. Jesse did a great job adjusting my gas line in the most cost and time efficient way possible. What started as a very stressful project for me, Protech staff and technicians put me at ease and I was very happy with the result! Protech came to my house and gave an estimate within a day of my call. After agreeing to the price the installation of the gas line was completed. Protech installed a gas line from the gas meter down the side of our house and across the back to our BBQ. After the line was tested and passed by the City Protech made sure our BBQ worked. We are very happy with installer Jesse. The installation was very professionally done. We are so happy with Protech we are getting them to install a garage heater as well.

These guys came right away and hooked up a BBQ on one side of the house and a heated table on the deck on the other side.

Started with an online quote request through Darlene, which was answered quickly and professionally with excellent resources and useful information. The on-site quote was done safely and distanced. Showed up on time to the minute.

Through delays in appliance delivery (from a different company) and rescheduling appointments, Darlene was courteous and helpful and got us an installation appointment as soon as possible.

Have used Protech for 3 major items in our home and couldn't be happier!! They are so professional and gave us the best quotes for each item we requested. We had in floor heating ran through our back garage and they installed the boiler. Then a 2nd garage blower heater both 2 years ago. The price for both these heaters was as much as other places quoted for just the boiler! Last November we had them come do a gas fireplace upstairs by running a gas line from the basement and it saved us through the cold winter! My husband built the surround and we love it. The reception lady was always great to deal with and very prompt at responding. 100% will recommend to anyone!
