Protech Gas Fitting & Plumbing

My fireplace is not working properly and did not have shut off valve so work could be done (they recommended protech). Protect was very reliable and professional to do this service. They arrived in the quoted time and the estimate in advance was exact. Tried to see if there was shut off elsewhere to save me money (there wasn't). Service was done professionally and they ensured all gas appliances were lit and functioning. Sent invoice later next day with discounts to other companies they deal with. I recommend Protech.

The guys that installed our garage heater are true craftsmen. The pride in their work shows through in every detail. The flex tubing runs neatly along the wall and ceiling. The thermostat wire was thoughtfully run around some shelves on the wall and positioned were it is convenient for us to adjust.
Even the city inspector told us we hired the right company and their work is the best in the business.

I called Protech and two other companies to quote a replacement garage heater. Protech was the only company that openly and honestly told me that I did not need a full unit replacement (3k value) and instead did a small fix for me that cost me just over $100! They saved me so much money and they were the only company honest enough to suggest this fix.
I have since recommended them to everyone that needs a service they offer and will be using them for any and all additional work. I could not be more impressed with the service received.

The company is top notch, not only they accommodated super fast service appointment date due to our inspection timelines, but they were professional, efficient, well priced. We did diy fireplace and the knowledge that I gained just on the side during an appointment helped inspection to be a breeze. Definitely getting them again for gas range hookup.

They ran a gas line from the house to garage, then installed a gas heater in garage. They were on time, professional, and we are happy with their work. If we need anything like this again, we will contact Protech for their help on the next project.

I had Jesse come and add gas lines for my BBQ and new stove. He was very detailed in describing exactly how he would do the work with as little impact as possible to my home. He managed to be able to only cut 1 hole in my finished basement ceiling, which he covered so there is no additional work for me to fix. His work was tidy and he even checked my old BBQ for leaks for my safety. He installed my stove and told me everything I needed to know about it. I think this company was exactly what I expected - professional and honest!
