I agree with Anna & Rose - once your money is paid the service is non-existent.
I bought a mattress from the owner, Debi, a couple of years ago, and was pleased with the service at that time. Unfortunately the mattress failed, and after an independent assessment, the manufacturer agreed to replace it. I decided at this time to upgrade to a different mattress and topper, and paid the difference of $2199. This was on January 29th. I was leaving for a couple of months, but explained that I could make arrangements for the mattress to be delivered. However,Debi decided to hold on to my money and wait until my return. I have now been waiting since April 2nd! There has been excuse after excuse, and many broken promises. I was told that the main problem was with the manufacturer, as they had no stock in the Toronto warehouse. Finally I contacted the manufacturers of the mattress, who informed me that the mattress had neither been ordered or paid for! Of course, Debi vehemently denies this - but after all these months, and all these excuses, I choose to go with the manufacturer's version of events. I am now promised delivery Wednesday night ... I wonder?

Bridget Hall's mattress was delivered on the Wednesday night as promised. She has received all products, including free pillows which were included, even though this was a warranty switch, NOT, a new purchase. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. In future, all warranty issues will be dealt with differently.
