Abbey Lock Services Inc (No Longer In Operation)

Abbey Locks came when scheduled. They confirmed the day before. They arrived on time, even a little early. They replaced our lock with a high security lock. Even though they were unable to deal with a sliding patio door lock they provided very helpful suggestions. We were very happy with our choice!

John came the same day as I called him - which was great - but he didn't have a door knob similar to ours, so despite going out for over an hour to buy some parts he needed he ended up replacing our nickle coloured door knob with a gold coloured one; now the deadbolt and knob are different colours and it bothers me every day. Unfortunately my brother was the only one home at the time and wasn't able to manage the issue.

John was exceptional in his explanation of how to protect our home and business. His suggestions made my husband and I feel more protected and secure. His high security recommendation to use Mul-t-lock with a one key system was an execellent idea.

John did a high quality installation for a fair price. Our 90 year old house has many non-standard doors and cut-outs but John handled these challenges very well. The only reason a 10 rating was not given is that he arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and could have been more responsive to customer feedback regarding handset styles.

John was very prompt and efficient in the installation of the high security specialty locks for our new home. John made himself available in a very short period of time, considering how time-sensitive our move was. Even though my doors had issues from the the previous installer, John was able to remedy them quickly. He even came back for a second visit without additional cost to provide security plating to the damaged doors. I really appreciated his professional cander and efficiency and will definitely recommend him. I have already done so to many of my friends. Thank you very much, John.

John has the know-how when it comes to this business. Recently moved in to a new house and wanted to change the locks or add another deadbolt. Called John to get a quote and he gave me a reasonable price. Promised to show up at lunch time and was there on time. Instead of adding another deadbolt he recommended to me to install a high security mul-t-lock instead. His workmanship was exceptional!
Now I feel extra safe in my home, thanks to John!

The gentlman showed up promptly after calling to confirm the best time (very courteous and helpful when you are moving into a new home and not waiting by the door), changed my locks quickly and efficiently and was lovely and gracious to deal with.
