We inherited a really old tankless water heater that was problematic from the day we moved into our home. We called various contractors to repair our issues, each one more clueless than the last. Finally we found Richard. I vaguely described the issue to him over the phone and right away he knew what part he needed. He arrived the next day ready and repaired our issue on the spot at a very reasonable rate. We used him every year after to keep our old tank running as long as possible. When the water heater finally gave out (years past what was expected because of his continuous care), we had Richard replace it with a new model last year that we are very happy with.
