Irfan was a great sales representative, he did a very well job of providing us with multiple options for our home. He also did an amazing job at explaining the problem and the solution. He and the technicians are very professional, respectful, and most importantly honest. I would recommend him and the technicians for anyone neededing the same job.

I recently decided to change my Furnace, A/C and Water Heater & took 6 quotes. Irfan from A Plus Air Systems also came to give me a quote for Trane system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and his quote was reasonable. The installation process went smoothly and irfan came to see how it was going. He also provided helpful suggestions to the installer. I am quite happy with the installation.

A Plus was referred to us by the installation department of a big box home improvement store. Unlike the store's staff (what a bunch of clowns!), Dave, Bassam and the A Plus install crew were complete professionals. Our job was completed quickly and when promised, and the crew were courteous and did a very nice and neat job.

Irfan (sales guy) was good. He answered our questions and came to our home to check out the property. That was one of the main reasons why we picked the Company. Others were not very good at getting back to us on quotes and/or our questions relating to the quotes. My only surprise is on the day of install when the installers forgot to bring a ladder and needed to use mine.

Air conditioner was installed on time and at cost, even though there was a rain storm. However, best part is that I had breaker/wiring problems afterwards. Lewis and the guys from A+ stood by their commitment and fixed the problems at no extra charge. Terrific customer service.

I was about to lock and load with another Furnace dealer/ installer who had come and quoted on the new furnace when I found out about A Plus Air at my neighbourhood Home Depot. I was there purchasing a new Fridge, as it happened, when I stumbled upon a display for TRANE furnaces and the promotion screaming " 36 MONTHS EQUAL PAYMENTS NO INTEREST"
Then I met the Manager of the Plumbing area and he told me to contact Irfan and I would not regret....his tel # and brochure was right by the TRANE display.
From the initial consult in my home a day later, I knew I was in good hands. Irfan and I figured out that I could make do with a 2 stage, 100,000 BTU AMERITRADE for less money (with similar components as the TRANE, made in same facility ) and this made me even happier ! A week later a pair of installers were here and so was our new furnace. They were punctual, worked hard and left the furnace room cleaner than they found it. So far so good ! I am happy to recommend A Plus, and in fact, already have done so to a close friend.

I used Aplus Air Systems Inc-through Home Depot- to purchase and install a furnace for my mother's house. The consultation was very informative and the choice of furnace was made to suit the house. Aplus deals with Trane furnaces which are top quality. The pricing was reasonable ( I had called in other contractors to get price quotes) and Home Depot offered a promotion of 3 years no interest on this purchase. When I decided to go with Aplus- I was signed up to a Home Depot card so I would get the promotion.

The install went very well. The 2 gentlemen that came were very professional and worked hard through the day to complete the install. The furnace looks great and should save me money on heating costs.

I would recommend Aplus to others. Overall a very positive experience.

Those guys work for Home Depot and I'm happy I got appliances installed from them. I picked Home Depot/A Plus Air Systems offer because their price was the lowest but it turned out that they install TRANE equipment which is supposed to be a top brand and the most expensive - so I have a feeling they gave me realy good deal.
Everything was done in one day, guys were very profesional, sales specialist very helpful and knowlegeble.
All appliances look very solid and impresive and everything works very well.
