We found Rocco on Homestars and contacted him based on the excellent reviews we read. He was able to meet with the same day we called, and we liked him right away. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, always reachable, and took the time to follow up and keep us informed. Our project included making our main floor open concept by removing all the interior walls and putting in a support beam with no posts. Rocco got us drawings and permits for our project within 3 weeks and the final price was as quoted... we would definitely recommend him.
