I called Rocco after my contractor sent me an electro-mech engineer to look at my load bearing wall and told me he was too busy to file permit papers to the city for me and that I should just do it myself. Rocco works very quickly to produce drawings and file permit papers to the city, he delivers your permit to your door, and makes the process stress free on your behalf. He also works with a structural engineer that was recommended to me by and architect friend.
