Change of use for commercail space in a Condo
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I first read about the aforementioned company on this website, my only reaction is that he sounded too good to be true.

And a businessman who is totally responsive and works at the speed of light and anticipates the problems before you do.
Prior to hiring Rocco, we were using an architect with a masters degree from Stanford. The Stanford architects drawings after months of prodding him looked like a Kenners easy bake oven which took months to do. Both his work and his excellent character leave nothing to be desired. You never have to prod him. I wish I had some friends like him. I can only speak well of him.
He makes a complicated process seamless with a lot of grace and charm. I would not hesitate to hire him again. He just loves his work, that comes through loud and clear. Perhaps he is a descendant of Michael Angelo, it would not surprise me. If everyone in business had his fundamental respect for his clients needs, the court system wouldn't be clogged up.
